Aspiring Principals Scholarship

Empowering alumni in seeking sustainable school leadership pathways.

Why School Leadership?

School leaders play a crucial role in creating conditions for student and teacher success. Teach For America’s unique role is to create pipelines and partnerships to support alumni in moving along the school-based leadership pathway— from teacher to teacher leader to mid-level leader, and ultimately, principal. We aim to increase the overall representation of alumni in these roles and ensure they have a strong impact.
