Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship (known as AYLF) is a leadership development program for young people ages 18-22. Drawing from the Aspen Institute's 70-year history of cultivating values-based leaders, AYLF provides a whole-systems approach to offering its Fellows the chance to think deeply, explore their values and society, and develop the skills needed to effect change in their community. Fellows gain the tools and network to achieve their goals — for their career, education, or community.

The year long program includes:

10 leadership seminars
Individual coaching
A community impact project
A financial stipend
Wraparound support
Lasting connections with their cohort and other alumni
