Last month, we commemorated Principal Appreciation Month and celebrated our school leaders with a GoldBelly family meal on us. In partnership with The Fund, principals were also invited to engage in a variety of social events from wellness conversations to networking nights. We closed out the month with the Principal Appreciation Happy Hour & Storytelling Event at The Museum of Science and Industry where Dalonte Burns, principal of UIC College Prep, presented his compelling story and the “why” behind his work. To all our school leaders, thank you again for all you do for your students and communities day in and day out. We see you and deeply appreciate you.
